Precious, Sacred Lamb, Glorious King, Luminous Spirit,
Only you are holy. Only you are God. Only you are our hope.
During this season of Lent and as we approach Easter,
We pray that you will gift us with self-control,
Free us from self-indulgence,
Make us ready to appreciate your sacrifice and
Celebrate your resurrection.
Help us to see you clearly, for you are
The Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Draw us nearer, dear Lord, that we may see
And follow your way, even if it’s the
Way of the cross.
In your most holy name we pray,
