The Emerging Leaders Team issued the “Young Voices Challenge” to all leaders at Annual Conference inviting adults to have a meaningful conversation with a young person by the end of 2019.
We invite you to join the challenge and share it with others! Feel free to make copies of the document and share it in your places of worship.
The challenge includes suggested questions to ask and questions to reflect on after the conversation.
Questions to consider asking:
Where are you experiencing joy?
Where are you experiencing frustration?
What brings you hope?
What are some of your current fears?
How do you think God impacts your life?
How do you think you impact the lives of others?
Do you have a story of faith that you would be willing to share?

How does this impact my ministry?
