The Indiana Conference is hosting a Best Practices for Church Management workshop.  We’ll cover the following:
  • Finance – Best financial practices for churches.
  • Pastors – W2 preparation.
  • Trustees – Trustee information and building responsibilities.
  • Human Resources – Managing employee relations.
  • Risk Management – Security and loss prevention.
There is no cost to attend.  Registration is required so we can have materials and lunch for all.
