Sisters and Brothers in Christ,
We are living and doing ministry in challenging times. These times can be especially challenging for ethnic clergy and laity in the United Methodist Churches of Indiana. As ethnic pastors, we know historically how urgent it is to come together to discuss important issues confronting us and to also celebrate our common unique attributes.
Rev. Annettra Jones Stephens (Associate Director of Diversity, Missions, and Justice Ministries) and Rev Dr. Jacob Williams (Chairman of the Ethnic Local Church Concerns) invite ETHNIC CLERGY & LAITY via Zoom to meet with us and our Episcopal Leader of the Indiana United Methodist Conference, Bishop Julius Trimble.
If you serve an ETHNIC congregation, please invite your key leaders to join you.
To accommodate busy schedules there are two opportunities to participate:
Meetings will be held via Zoom and link details will be sent closer to the date.
Thursday Nov 4th at 7:00 p.m. (EST) AND Saturday, Nov 6th at 9:30 a.m. (EST)
Please respond to let us know which Zoom you will be attending.
RSVP: Send email to roscel.carandang@inumc.org and indicate which date, Nov 4th or 6th.
We hope to see your face, hear your voice, and listen to your heart.
In His Service,
Rev. Annettra Jones-Stephens
