Are you new to being a Lay Leader? Have you been a Lay Leader for decades? Are you a Lay Leader who is thinking “I got this new title…now what?!”. Janee LaFuze (St. Andrew UMC) & Rob Pfaff (Rensselaer Trinity UMC), your NW District Lay Leaders, will be hosting a training session this Spring. All new Lay Leaders, and those who serve as current Lay Leaders should plan to attend. Please RSVP by Feb. 21st. If you cannot attend this training we will have trainings on 4/9/22 & 9/12/22. (If you attended a training in 2021 you do not need to attend again).

This training will provide you with the knowledge you need to be a successful Lay Leader in your congregation and feel prepared to live into your role. We invite pastors to attend with their Lay Leader to learn how the relationship between pastor and Lay Leader works! This meeting will be via Zoom and information to log on will be sent out only to those registered.
