Joseph Edward Blevins, brother of the Rev. Nancy Blevins, pastor at Kokomo Main Street UMC, died Monday, May 3, 2010, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany. Visitation will be Thursday, May 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, May 7 at the Kraft Funeral Services, Charleston Road Chapel, 2776 Charlestown Road in New Albany.
