KENNETH LEE BURRES, 88, of Sequim, WA, died on Monday, September 5, 2022.
Celebration of Life Services will be held on October 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity UMC in Sequim.
Ken is survived by his wife, Carla Anne Burres; children, Cara (Scott) Burres-Jones, Katrina (Mark) Heinzen, and Heather (Lance) Petry; grandchildren, Nick Jones, Andrew Heinzen, and Timothy Petry.

Ken served as a Methodist minister in Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. He was appointed as pastor of an African-American congregation in Gary, IN, during the height of the Civil Rights movement, 1964-1967.
