MARK L. RANDALL of Pendleton, Ind., 53, brother of the Rev. John Randall serving Otterbein UMC, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015. A memorial service was held March 2 in Lapel with Pastor Doug Barton officiating. Survivors include: mother Shirley S. Melton of West Lafayette; brother John (Marsha) A.
