RICHARD LARRY SMITH, 83, retired elder, of Pendleton, IN, passed away July 7, 2022.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Matthew (Leslie Denise) Smith; grandson, Jacob Ryan Smith; brothers-in law and sisters-in law, Aleta (Stanley) Holderman, Donald (Vickie) Watkins, and Kathy Watkins.
