Coaching
The INUMC believes that coaching and spiritual direction are important ministries that can have a tremendous impact by helping people realize their potential as children of God and achieve God’s dreams for their lives.
In coaching, a coach partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A coach understands that the client is the expert in the situation and assists them to identify and implement a plan to achieve the best outcome.
