The Indiana Conference is hosting a best practices for church management workshop. The event will open at 9:30 AM ET for registration and should be finished by 2:00 PM ET. The following topics will be covered:
- Finance – Best financial practices for churches
- Pastors – W2 preparation
- Trustees – Trustee information and building responsibilities
- Human Resources – Managing employee relations
- Risk Management – Security and loss prevention
There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Training materials and lunch will be provided. Please register by November 12 at 11:59 PM.
