About Clergy Leadership Development

One of the key functional areas of Leadership Development is the Indiana Conference Board of Ordained Ministry and their work to discover and develop fruitful leaders through the entire process of ministry – from “recruitment to retirement.” As this group continues to prepare for an influx of candidates for ministry in the coming years through continued work in creating a culture of call, as well as implementing systems and processes to assist those in answering the call, the need to properly resource the functions of Ministerial Services is essential.
