Mission Statement: The Emerging Leaders Team seeks to provide resources, engagement, and equipping opportunities throughout the Indiana Conference for emerging leaders, supporting leaders and the local church.  We desire to discover, develop and deploy emerging leaders to serve throughout the Conference, District, and Local Churches.

We believe Emerging Leaders are the Church of TODAY and TOMORROW. Emerging Leaders are not just our future Church – they are the Church RIGHT NOW. Emerging Leaders are called by God to live out God’s mission in the Church and world today and in the days to come.

The Indiana Conference is committed to having an Emerging Leaders Team that consists of young people and the leaders who support them. The team exists to provide resources, engagement, and equipping opportunities throughout the conference to emerging leaders, supporting leaders and the local church. We seek to discover, develop and deploy emerging leaders to serve in the conference, district, local church, community and the world. Emerging leaders and their supporting leaders are the most important investment any church can make today.
