The Rev. LaTrelle Miller Easterling of the New England Conference as a bishop in the Northeastern Jurisdictional Conference of The United Methodist Church on their 17th ballot. Miller is a native of Indiana and grew up in University United Methodist Church in Indianapolis.
Miller currently serves a superintendent on the New England Cabinet.
